3. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for verifying the contents of devices before transfer.

While ZYNCORE TECHNOLOGY may provide secure handling and data destruction services upon request, clients are responsible for:
- confirming requested destruction services,
- verifying device ownership,
- and ensuring compliance with their own organizational policies and regulations.
5. Ownership of Materials
By transferring electronics or equipment to ZYNCORE TECHNOLOGY, the client confirms that they:
- own the materials,
- or are authorized to transfer them.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of collected electronics transfers to ZYNCORE TECHNOLOGY upon pickup.
6. Accepted & Non-Accepted Materials
ZYNCORE TECHNOLOGY may accept various electronics and technology equipment including:
- laptops,
- desktops,
- monitors,
- tablets,
- networking equipment,
- servers,
- and related accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse:
- hazardous materials,
- leaking batteries,
- damaged lithium batteries,
- biohazard-contaminated equipment,
- or prohibited items.
7. Pickup Scheduling
Pickup times are estimates and may be affected by:
- weather,
- traffic,
- operational conditions,
- or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes.
